DECLRRE AN EMERGENCY AND TRANSFER FUNDS IN
COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 25th day of Rugust 1997, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin , seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare
and emergency and transfer 42,181.51 from Surplus
Fund - Fund 10 to Line Item No. 10-401-486 Professional
Services in Commissioners' Court and authorize a
hand check.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher for S'~,181..°,i made payable to Thomas W.
Pollard.
