On this the 22nd day of September, 1997, upon motion made
by Commissioner Paldwin, seconded by Commissioner Let z, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, of Releasing
the letter of Credit No. 4270037709 for Maintenance of Roads
in Highlands Ranch Subdivision. The Roads are as follows:
