Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, the appointment
of Travis Hall as Co~_urty Representative to the Roar-d of
Managers of ttre Kerr County Emergency 9-1-1 Network.

County Treas~_trer, Barbara Nemec addressed Co~.rrt and stated
that each employee earns eight hotrr~s of sick leave per• month.
Employee that never^ takes sick time will not benefit from this
Sick Leave Fool, b~_it the employee that ~,.rses all sick time as
soon as it is accum~_rlated would benefit from this.

property. Co~.anty .7~_rdge, Bober^t A. Denson, stated that we
should send a letter to the State ar~d let them decided if
Kerr^ Co~.rnty can clean ._+p the property or it is an
archaeological site. Commissioner Paldwin agreed with Judge
Denson nn =_ending a letter- to the ?t_+te Office of
Ar-~chaeological Sites.
