Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, two minor
changes to the Second Floor Courthouse Annex Renovations Plan.

the precious detention facilities into courtrooms and offices, which was adopted by Court on March 23, 1998,
after all affected departments have made their comments on the circulated Approval Plaa and signed off on
same. Architect requests speafic approval from Cotut to make revsions from SD8 to SD9, as proposed by
Staff (see attached sketches by Staff}.
