Judge Denson, seconded 6y Commissioner Letz, the Court
disapproved by a vote of 2-3-0, with Commissioner Baldwin and
Commissioner Lackey and Commissioner Oehler opposing to make
contributions discussed in Executive Session to Texas
Rssociation of Counties to dissolve all issues as discussed in
pending litigation in Federal District Court.
