This Commissioners' Court will hold a special emergency meeting at 11:00 A.M., May 19,
1998, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.

A closed meeting will be held concerning the following subject(s):
I. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
This meeting is authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Government Code and
Title S, Chapter 552, Govemment Code.
1.1 Due to unforeseeable suggestions by the Federal District Court
in a pending litigation matter, the Commissioners' Court will consider
and discuss whether Kerr County should contribute toward agreed
resolution of all contested issues. (County Attorney)

the contribution we discussed in Executive Session to Texas
Association of Counties (TAC) to resolve all issues as
discussed in the pending litigation in Federal District Court.
COMMISSIONER LETZ: Second.
