I have analyzed the storm runoff for a five (5) year frequency storm runoff versus the existing culvert capacities as follows: Pipe A: 36" C.G.M. Capacity 155 Cfs. Runoff 27 Cfs. Pipe B: 48" C.G.M. Capacity 250 Cfs. /-. Runoff 1759 Cfs. PROPOSAL: 48" pipe to carry nominal flow across road, and the concrete shell to carry heavier flows across the roadway, which will adequately serve this crossing. Pipe C: 36" C.G.M. Capacity 120 Cfs.
