Primary concerns include: 1) Inconsistency with recently revised Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission (TNRCC) Standazds and Rules. 2) Revision to format of orders as recommended by TNRCC which primarily will result in reducing duplication. 3) Revisions to application fees shifting some of the program burden from taxpayers to the ultimate beneficiary. 4) Identify, clazify and evaluate existing and proposed local desires. UGRA suggests the formation of a committee or appropriate interested parties which may include but not necessazily be limited to the following: 1) 2 County officials (employee, Commissioner or Attorney). 2) 2 active professional designers of OSSF's in Kerr County. 3) 1 Designated Representative for OSSF program (UGRA). 4) 2 concerned citizens UGRA desires this letter to serve as a request for 1 ement on the agenda of the next regulazly scheduled meeting as an action item for the purpose o granting authonzation to proceed and/or appointing a committee to study the community's needs.
