To consider proposed alternate procedures by Contractor, Mart, Inc., Mr. Larry Gabei of Absolute
Demolition, as ouilined in his May 13, 1998 lener, and Architect's letter of response, dated May ] 8, 1998,
and as later discussed at the May 26, 1998, Commissioners' Court Meeting. Consider extending the daytime
working hours trial basis period, in lieu of the prescribed after hours operations required by the Contract
Documents. These daytime working hours options to Commissioner's Court may represent a savings to
County. The Contractor also proposes an alternative demolition methods, which we recommend tabling until
the trial period is elapsed. Any supporting documents will be supplied by the Contractor.
