Dn this day the 22nd day of June, 1998 upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Let z, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to allow Tom Dollard
to pr^e pare the Right of Way Deeds proposed by the Road and
Bridge Department and fees from 1, 3, and 4 to be paid from
Schriever Road Trust Fund and fees for ^c to be paid for with
Commissioners° Cour-t contingency fund.

RE: Right-of--way
After a landowner agrees to give or exchange right-of--way we have to go through several steps:
1) Surveying
2) A title search done through a title company.
3) A Warranty Deed drawn up by an attorney.
4) Obtaining signatures from the landowners and/or the Judge
5) Filing with the County Clerk and seeing that all parties receive their copies.
As usual we have several right-of--way Warranty Deeds that we are working on at this time that
are in various stages of development.

2) Extending right-of--way on Sutherland Lane.

3) Deeding ofright-of--way on Wood Trails for replat.
a) Wheeler to Kerr County
4) Right-of--way for realignment of Sheppard Reese
Only one of these (Ayers) has been taken to Tom Pollard for the legal part and he has asked that
we bring it to Commissioners Court for approval before he proceeds. At this time we ask that
you approve all of these right-of--way changes.
We also ask that you consider allowing the Road & Bridge Department to work directly with Mr.
Pollazd with future right-of--way documents without having to place each one on the agenda for
approval.
