To consider proposed alternate procedwes by Contractor, Mart, Inc., Mr. Larry Gabel of Absolute
Demolition, as outlined in his May 13, 2 998 letter, and Architect's letter of response, dated May 18, 1998.
and as later discussed at the May 26 and June 8, 1998, Commissioners' Court Meetings. Consider extending
the daytime working hoots trial basis period, in lieu of the prescribed afrer hours operations required by the
Contract Documents. Daytime working hours option to Commissioner's Court represents a $3,500 savings
to County, which will be reflected in Change Order 1, to follow when the demolition method is decided. The
Contractor eazlier proposed alternative demolition methods, which he would like to bring up for Court
consideration at this time. Any supporting documents will be supplied by the Contractor.
