Re: Request for Variance for a Minor Replat of Lot 3,
Vista Verde Addition
Gentlemen:
Please place on the agenda for your July 13th meeting my
request for a variance under your subdivision rules, allowing
for a minor replat to be approved by the County Engineer.
Attached is a sketch of the proposed replat. You will
note that the two tracts will contain approximately 38 acres and
27 acres. The properties will be served by private water well
and private septic system.
