TE%%91pA.316D] ]JtJ July 2, 1998 To the Honorable County Judge and Commissioners Court of Kerr County Re: CONCEPT PLAN: REQUEST FOR VARIANCE TO YLAT 9.52 ACRES OF LANU Mr. and Mrs. Gerald W. Shirley own 9.52 acres of unplatted land at 219 Doris Drive outside of and abutting the city limits of Kerrville. There is an existing residence in the rear part of the property with a paved driveway accessing it to lloris llrive, a public road, and a water well and septic system. The Shirleys are desirous of platting the tract into two (2) approximately equal tracts in order to sell the rear part and build a new home on the front tract. They would convey a thirty (30) ft. wide vehicular access easement to the purchaser of the rear 4.76 acres. A concept sketch is attached The subdivision regulation regulations require that each tract must have a two- ~. hundred foot frontage on a public road. The Shirleys respectfully request a variance from that subdivision regulation requirement to utilize the driveway with an easement for access to the public road in lieu of the requirement for two hundred foot wide frontage required by the regulations. Ten (10) copies of a concept sketch are attached. ,/ I ~ R') ~i ~iLC~~ Agent for Owners copy: Mr. & Mrs. G. W.
