To consider a Proposal from Voelkel Engineering and Surveying to provide current survey in an Au±nCAD
electronic file(s) format to enable Architect to provide accurate construction documents and later as-built
record documents for reliable reference and future work. Proposal will come directly from Vve1kel under
sepazate cover. Survey shall include at least 2 major categories:
1. All struc.Kltres, monuments, designated elevation points, floor elevations, trees and major vegetation.
a. Tv enable parking and drainage renovations.
b . To provide accurate and more economical floor-to-floor calculations and revised ADA ramps
reworking.
2. Due to uneven floor topping, survey will accurately help determine Second Flovr renovations by
indicating approximately 40 tc 50 important elevations at key points of that toor.
