Lackey; Commissioner F'ct. ~, Jonathan Letz; Commissioner- F'ct.
4, Bruce Oehler^ was not present and the following pr^oceedings
were had:

The Fail~_ir•e to Rppear^ Pr^ogr^am wor^ks only for certain traffic
violations. The DF'S warrant databank will expir^e December 31,
1999. There will be no way of collecting money after the:
war•r^ant databank expires except through this pr•ogr•am. The
consensus of the JF's is to proceed with the pr'ogr'am, but to
wait to refine the details. The Contract can be terminated by
either^ party.
