NOTE
Road District for Spring Creek Ranch
In accordance with the Transportation Code Title 6, Subt. C, Ch. 2, to establish a Road
District for Spring Creek Ranch the Commissioners Court approved the public notice
and set a Public Heating date (August 24, 1998).
After the public hearing, copies of the attached ballot were to be sent by certified mail
with a return stamped envelope to each landowner.
The completed ballot will then be returned to the County Clerk for counting by
September 25, 1998.
If a majority of the returned ballots are in favor of the improvements anti assessment, the
Commissioners Court shall then order the improvements and assess tbe costs of the
improvements against the rest property owners of the subdivision
If the proposition fails the Commissioners Court may not order the improvemems; or
again propose assessments or such improvements for fow years.

redeem the $20,000 principal for the purpose of the construction,
FOR maintenance, and operation of paved roads or in aid of these
