On this day the 27th day of ,7uly, 1998 upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept
donation of Stephen F. Austin tree for the Courthouse lawn
from the Sons of the Texas Republic to be planted November 3,
1998.
