EMERGENCY WRTER DISTRIBUTION KLAN
On this day the 27th day of July, 1998 upon motion made by
Commissioner Let z, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Cour^t
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to adopt the Kerr
County Emer^gency Water Distribution Plan to be effective a
week from Monday.
KERB COIINTY
WATER AISTRIBUTION PLAN
The purpo~e of this plan is to provide the residents of Kerr County with emergency
potable and non-potable water during the wrrent extreme drought conditions.
POTABLE WATER
Ava~7able at FLII County Youth Exln'bition Center each Wednesday from 1:00 P.M. to
3:00 P.M. The water wffi be metered and Kerr County will only be reimbursed for the
actual cost.
NON-POTABLE WATER•
Western Kerr County -available at Ingram Dam boat-ramp each Tuesday from 1:00 P.M.
to 3:00 P.M.
Eastern Kerr Courty -available at Flat Rock Lake boat-ramp each Friday from 1:00 PM
to 3:00 P.M.
Individuals needing water must schedule at least one day in advance by calling the
Kerr Coutrty Road & Bridge Department at 257-2993.
• Individuals must bring containers to transport both the potable and non-potable water.
. Individuals hold harmless and indemnify Kerr County.
