On Wednesday, August 5, 1998, at approximately 11:20 a.m., a
special session of Commissioners' Court was held in the
Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse. Kerrvllle, Texas,
and the following proceedings were had in open court:
PROCEEDINGS
JUDGE DENSON: Let's see. It's 11:20 on the 5~', I thir-k,
of August, '98, and as announced when we came out of Executive
Session on the 3`~, when we were dealing with personnel matters in the
Maintenance Department about various complaints directed at some of
the personnel, we recessed and continued this matter until 11 o'clock
today. And because of juvenile court, I warn t able to be tamely with it.
So, at this time, we'll close our public meeting and go into Executive
Session for further discussion of personnel matters in the Maintenance
Department.
(An Executive Session was held, the transcript of which is
contained in a separate document)
JUDGE DENSON: Let's see. It's about 18 minutes till
12:00 on the 5`~ of August, '98. We've just come out of Executive
Session. There is no action to be taken, and this will end the matter for
this Week.
(Commissioners' Court was adjourned at 11:44 a.m.)
