Proposed Fee Increase
Dear Judge Denson and Members of the Court:
.Attached for your re~icw and discussion regarding the sabject agreement
and funding is the proposed fee increase for permitting of both the OSSF systems
and floodp~in determination and development permits. Also attached is a
comparable spreadsheet for cottnties with similar development charaaerstics.
The proposed schedule is desired to shift the burden of the cost ofthe
operations from the taxpayers to those who actually enjoy and benefit from the
Kea Cotmty programs.
UGRA wffi be available at the appropriate cAUrt meeting to serve as a
resowce person for that discussion. Please have someone advise us of that date.
