County Subdivision Rules and Regulations to add process for^
Revision of Plats with as follows:
REVISION OF PLRT IN A RECORDED SUBDIVISION
R person who proposes to revise a recorded subdivision plat,
a part thereof is subject to the subdivision rules and
regulations of N.err County.
R revised plat must be prepared by a Registered Profession
Land Surveyor^ registered in Texas, and a written application
and a checklist submitted to the County Engineer thirty (30)
days prior to the requested Court Date.
Revised Plats that meet all of the following requirements may
be approved with one Commissioners Court appearance and no
public notification or public hearing.
a) Revising of lot(s) line are within one recorded subdivision
b) Changing the Boundary lines of a lot or series of lots does
nat result in any lot with a well and septic being smaller^
than 2.5 acres; or with any lot with public water system and
septic being smaller than 1 acre;
c) Does not involve construction of new roads, public/private
