On this day the 10th day of Rugust, 1998 upon motion made by
Judge Denson, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, the Special Notes on
Ace Acre Flat relative to On-Site Sewage Facilities and Flood
Plain are no longer- applicable to current On-Site Sewage
Facilities and Flood Plain Rules.
