Each averages more than 19.5 work hours per week, thereby making them eligible to earn employment benefits in proportion to their work hours. Mr. Braton has been employed for four years, starting July 26, 1994. Mrs. Neal has been employed for five years, starting July 26, 1993. Mr. Utz has been employed for two years, starting April 29, 1996. Each of them are valuable employees of this department, with special job assignments for the days they work. I appreciate your consideration in approving these employment benefits for Mr. Braton, Mrs. Neal and Mr. Utz so that it may be figured in the upcoming budget.
