On this day the 10th day of August, 1998 upon motion made by
Commissioner Let z, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, the Interlocal
Rgreements for' Mental Health and Chemical Dependency
Commitments at Kerrville State Hospital and authorize County
Judge to sign same between N.err County and the following
counties:
DeWitt County, Mills County, Frio County, Medina County,
Kenney County, McMullen County, Falls County, Bandera Co~_inty,
Maverick County, Commanche County, and Calhoun County.
