He sites the following conditions to support his request: 1) This road was originally created as a thirty (30) n. wide road easement granted to Perry Bushong for access to We Shalako Est<~tcs well silt and recorded in Volume G44 at Pagc 813 of the Real Property Records of Kcrr County, Texas (copy enclosed). An existing caliche road exists on the ground and has been used for access to the well site. The first 4001 R, of the road as it leaves Thunder Road has been paved (2-course penctrntion type pavemenQ ~ 2) A note will be placed on the plat that defines the roads as private and privately maintained. Restrictive covenants to be filed concurrently with the plat will state the same. 3) A note will be placed on the plat (and in the covenants) that no tract can be re-subdivided. 4) The road will be used to access only the three (3) ucw lots and the well site.
