Proposed development includes 12 picnic tables, pavilion/interpretive teaming center, 1.3 mile lighted trail with bridge, swimming beach/fishing access, 4 lighted volleyball courts, lighted playground, nature area with interpretive signs, disc golf course, utilities, roads and parking, 2 restrooms, landscaping, irrigation, and signs. The local match consists of county funds; a cash donation from the Lower Colorado River Authority; and Judicial District labor and equipment. Site planning assistance has been provided through the Department's Local Assistance Program. RECOMMENDATION: Do not support due to limited funds. This application has been reviewed twice by the Commission and cannot be reconsidered without revisions in the proposal to substantially increase the project score. SUPPORT IN MATCHING FUNDS: -ll-
