Kerr County Road & Bridge ~., 4010 San Antonio Hwy Kerrville, Texas 78028 Phone: 830-257-2993 FAX 830-896-8481 MEMO TO: Commissioners Court FROM: Franklin Johnston, P.E. Date: September 21, 1998 RE: Enforcement of Subdivision Rules at 1869 Ranch Subdivision The 1869 Ranch subdivision is advertising tracts of land for sale, however there is no subdivision plat on file. This property is owned by Ken Muller, P O Box 1828, Boerne, Texas 78006. When he built a road into this property, he related to Commissioner Lackey that it was a private road to his property. It now appears it may have been part of a subdivision. We recommend the Court direct the County Attorney to institute appropriate action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations in this matter. ~`
