Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, for- Road and Bridge
to develop cost estimates to create a road district tor' Cub
Lane and bring Cub Lane up to County standards to take over
maintenance.

As per our phone conversation with your office, this letter serves as a proposal for county improvement of
Cub Lane. The undersigned are all residents of Cub Lane and are in agreement with the proposal. We
would tike the county to consider making the necessary'improvements to Cub Lane to meet coumy
standards for roads, maintain Cub Lane to keep it up to county standards and assess all or part of the costs
of the improvements as a road district.
