Date: October 9, 1998 To: Judge Robert Denson Kerr County Court House Kerrville, TX 78028 Dear Judge Denson and Kerr County Commissioners, I am writing on behalf of the Kerr County Workforce Advisory Committee. We would like to express our appreciation to you, the commissioners and Tommy Tomlinson for your support of childcare in Kerr County. The county administration of flow through funds for the childcare initiative has been of great benefit to both the Ken County Day Care Center and to the Sunshine Inn Day Care Center. These organizations provide subsidized childcare that enables many needy parents to enter the workforce. The county's role as fiscal agent for both federal and local funds has made it possible for these childcare providers to continue in their essential role in our community.
