RE: Deeding of Right-Of-Way for Wiedenfeld Lane
To Whom it may Concern:
~ Wiedenfeld Lane located off of Cypress Creek Loop in East Kerr County is maintained by
the Kerr County Road & Bridge Department. The road is approximately .50 mile X 18'
and was seal coated during our 1995/96 budget.
At this time Kerr County has not been deeded the right-of--way for Wiedenfeld Lane. We
understand the purchaser of the property would like to deed a right of way of at least 45
feet to Kerr Coumy.
Kerr County is willing to accept aright-of--way of at least 45 feet and will pay the
expenses inured in the transfer of property.

Dear Mr. Johnston and Judge Denson;
We purchased Dr. Jones ranch in Comfort the end of August 1998.
A problem came up with Wiedenfeld Lane in the survey. I am in
receipt of your letter dated August 28, 1998 stating you would accept
a 45 foot times the length of that lane. I wish to proceed with that donation
to the county and would appreciate your preparing such documents needed
to be sign in this regard.
I am enclosing a partial survey of the lane in question. I calculate the
total acreage to be conveyed is 2.295 acres. I thank you for your attention
in this matter.
