on the extension of Lary Valley Road. Your willingness and patience in this matter will provide
both Kerr County and homeowners of this azea a safe route to travel. Emergency vehicles will be
able to enter this azea from both sides, which is especially important for Fire and Ambulance
response times.
Enclosed please find two Warranty Deeds to be signed and notarized. When you return
r- the executed Warranty Deeds, Kerr County will send you a check for $2,000.00, file the Deed
with the County Clerk and return an filed copy for your records.
As you requested in a previous letter, I will take your entrance sign and gate and place
these items by your trailer. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions
