Judge Denson, seconded by Commissioner^ Let x, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, R~_~ss Duncan being
dir^ected to ask Texas Hill Country Credit Bur^eau to Ter^minate
all collection efforts and Russ Duncan to obtain from Kerr•
County Clerk a certified number that is owed to Kerr• County by
Texas Hill Country Credit Bureau and ask Texas Hill County^y
Credit B~.ir^eau to r^emit such funds to Kerr^ County Tr^eas~_irer•.
