APRROVRL TO ESTRBLISH A ROAD DISTRICT
FOR SRRING CREEK RANCH (WITT RDRD)
On this day the 9th day of November, 1998 ~_ipon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to establish a
Road District for Spring Creek Ranch which is 2.95 miles of
roadway, Witt Road, Silver Creek Road, and Balsly. The Road
and Bridge will construct in three phases.
Phase One - Witt Road to the top of the hill the first year.
Chase Two - The remainder of Witt the second year.
Phase Three - The side roads (with the exception of Dry Creek
Road) in the third year-.
Dr•y Creek Road is not included in the Spring Creek Ranch Road
District.
