Bid proposals are due to be opened at the December 14a' Commissioners' Court Meeting.
I believe we should decide if we are going to hire a construction consultant to oversee the
Phase III remodeling prior to receiving the bid proposals back on December 14s', as this
could impact the bid proposals.
Should the court decide to hire a construction consultant, I think we should notify all
contractors that have requested the proposal packages.
