THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE S, CHAPTER SSl, GOVERNMENT CODE AND
TITLE S, CHAPTER SS2, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M., Monday,
December 14, 1998, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners'
Coiu~troom.

out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to speak on items
LISTID on the regilaz agenda, please fill out request farm for consideration
during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite the flow of business
and to provide all citizens the oppomanity to speak, the Judge may impose a
three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the court.
