December 22, 1998
During the budget process, we discussed adding the base material in front of the
Ag-Extension Office. However, it was left out and I believe we need to address this item
before January 20, (Stock Show). Per Leonard Odom, it will take about $3,000 for the
base material.
I have asked the auditor to look into the Road and Bridge Budget, Commissioners'
Court Contingency Fund and the Maintenance for the Ag-Barn for the funds. He will
advise us as to where we can get the money.
