Memorandum To: Franklin Johnston From: David ~viotley Date_ Februaay 12, 1998 Subject: Replatstatus of Lindley tracts After reviewing the subdivision regulations currently in force, it is my opinion that the proposed re-plat of Michael Lindley's tracts as urged by his attorney, David Jackson, is permitted and Y would therefore suggest that Mr. Jackson seek the concurrence of Precirtct 3 Commissioner Jonathan Letz and his assistance in this regard. The current rules were last amended on September 27, 1994 and by that amendment allowing "minor rcplats," there is no mention that the lots sought; to be combined into a new tract need be in the scu~2e subdivision. 1 understand that this situation has been addressed in the new 1998 revision of the rules & regulations .
