be accepted or raised by the pr~~operty owners then the County
wo~_tld take over. A minimal contrib~_ition needs to be set an
what the County will accept. Cammissioner Baldwin s~_~ggested
that Raad and Bridge Department have estimates given to 'the
C:o~_irt on costs to fix all road and casts to fix part of roads
so the Commissioners' Co~_~rt wo~_~ld have some type of g~..~idelines

Sandra Pena will be present on Monday, February 23rd, 1998 to request
approval far the establishment of an escrow fund. The account
would be named Whitt Road Escrow Fund. All monies would come from
-- residents living on Whitt Road. Once all funds are collected the
funds will be used for repairs on Whitt Road.
