Kerr County will accept sealed bids from political subdivisions of the State of Texas for the lease of 288 sq. ft. of
office space. Bids must be submitted to the County Clerk's Office no later than 5:00 p.m. January 23, 1998. Bids
must be submitted on this Bid Form as provided and must be in a sealed envelopes and clearly marked "Sealed Bid
for Office Space." Bids will be opened for consideration in Commissioners' Court January 26, 1998.
Ken County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
PREMISES FOR LEASE: The Premises consist of one metal building (see attached drawing} of approximately
288 sq. ft. located at the back ofthe property. All remaining property and building(s) at this location shall
continue to be used by the Road & Bridge Department.
