RE: Public Hearing for Replat of Horizon
There was a Public Hearing scheduled for January 12, 1998, that was missed and not
placed on the Agenda. There was no opposition for the Public Hearing.
The County Clerk's office has sent letters to the landowners explaining the oversight,
but no advertisement has been placed in the newpaper. We request that the Replat of
Horizon be placed on the agenda to be heard and the Final Replat considered for
approval.
If you have reasons this can not be done, please advise us how this should be handled
