Commissioner Letz addressed court. He stated the Rules and
Regulations a•re being •revised to mati;e it easier to •read and
understand. Section '7 is the secti.an that has tl•ie most
changes. Private roads are acceptable, br.rt they need to be
built to county specifications. They want to clean up the
language an drainage, sewage, and try to c1a•rify things. There
were same questions concerning p•r•ivate •roads and the minimum
standards to build •roads. It was decicled that a wo•rM.shop will
6e held the next Commissioners° Court nreetiny at 2e3(d pm on
January 2E, 1978.

unanimously approved by a vote of .~,-0-0, the Resolution that
Y.e•r•r County be included in Regional. Water Planning Area "J"
with the fallowing counties: Val Verde, Kinney, Edwards,
Real, Ke•r•r, and Liande•ra.
