Mike Lindley addressed court. He stated that all roads will
private and no less than 'c:5 acre tracts will be sold. He will
use on-site materials for roads and a E~ ft right of way.
Commissioner Baldwin agrees with the concept of large tracts.
This was only a preliminary conference on this proposed
subdivision. No Court Order was needed at this time.
