Mr. Holekamp addressed that Court an the above agenda item.
He stated that he has received a few donations to the Kerr
Co~_~nty Animal Facility. J~_~dge Denson stated that the County
Treasurer must receive all monies to the Co~.~nty and p~_~t in a
special account for that specific department. Co~_mty A~_~ditor
recommended to set ~_~p a revenue line item and an expenditure
line item. Donations are to be deposited with the County
Treas~_irer and a special acco~_int is to be set up with line
items.
