RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Texas Water^ Development Hoard has
requested comments regarding the "Final
Dr^aft" - Regional Water^ Planning Areas;
WHEREAS, The N.er^r^ County Commissioner^s Cour^t has
reviewed the criteria set for^th by the
Texas Water Development Hoar^d r^egar'ding
placement of counties in Regional Water'
Planning Areas;
WHEREAS, On behalf of the citizens of t'.er^r^ Co~_~nty,
the Ker^r^ County Commissioner^s9 Cour^t
str^enuously and r^espectfully r^equests that
N.er^r^ County be included in the Regional Water'
Planning Ar^ea "J" with the following counties:

WHEREAS, The Texas Water Development Board has requested comments regarding the "Final
Draft" -Regional Water Planning Areas;
WHEREAS, The Kerr County Commissioners' Court has reviewed the criteria set forth by the
Texas Water Development Board regarding placement of counties in Regional
Water Planning Areas;
WHEREAS, On behalf of the citizens of Kerr County, the Kerr County Conunissioners' Court
strenuously and respectfully requests that Ken County be included in the Regional
Water Planning Area "J" with the following counties: Val Verde; Kinney; Edwards;
Real; Kerr; and Bandera.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That Kerr County be included in Regional Water Planning Area "J" with the
following counties: Val Verde; Kinney; Edwards; Real; Kerr; and Bandera.
