(William Rector,) William Rector addressed Court for a report on the Historical Commission for 197 and a briefing on Oral History F~roject. The Historical Commission has six interviews on tape at this time forte tt-:e Or-a1 History project. The Commission is applying for grants for financial aid outside the community for financing. Another project of the Commission is the "Old Union Church." Their major concern is the location of the church. Two problems they are concer^ned with is the protection and being accessible to the public. One place discussed for tl'ie location was the Hill Country Exhibit Center.
