The following changes, deletions, additions, alterations and clarifications apply to the Projed Manual and
Drawings (Bidding Documents) Tor the above referenced project.
All bidders, subcontractors, materials suppliers, and other interested parries shall familiarize themselves
with the entire Addendum. Addendum items are listed by reference to Spediication Section, Drawing
Number, etc., for convenience oMy. This does not relieve any party affected from applying Addendum in-
structions to afi Sections of the Project Manual or the Drawings as required to submit an accurate bW.
Items in this Addendum forrrr a part of Bidding Documents and proposed Contract Documents and
supersede the spedfic provisions to which they apply. Receipt of this Addendum shall be advawledged on
the Bid Fonn.
All other requirements of the Bidding Documents remain unchanged.
General Contractors are reminded that a complete Contractor's Qualifigtion Statement A305, including
current financial statement, must be submitted prior to or irrduded with the bid.
Due to a misunderstanding, Reference Drawing sets were mistakenly issued >b plan rooms, and have since
been removed. No tHd should Include any work snovm in these Reference sets.
PROJECT MANUAL
1. Section 14212, Page 14212-4, Subsection 2.03.D: Revise "Roster guides" to read: "Nylon guides".
2. Section 14212, Page 14212-7, Subsection 2.06.A.05.b.1): Revise "Nickel-silver. ASTM..." to read
"Aluminum".
3. Section 14212, Page 14212-9, Subsection 2.08.E: Delete in its entirety.
4. Sedion 14212, Page 14212-10, Subsection 2.09.C, D, E: Delete in their entirely.
S. Sedion 14212, Page 14212-11, Subsection 2.10.C, D: Delete in their ernirety.
