It was also addressed in Court from Commissioner Haldwin that a Court Order was already established that work order- be filed out and t~ar•ned into the Maintenance Office and that the County needed to start following this Court Or•der-. MAINTENANCE REPORT FEBRUARY 1998 Replace toilet seat at Probation Office. Destroy paperwork Eor Tax Office. Serviced all air conditioners. Picked up petitions for voting place. Took voting boxes to auditorium. Spent 2 days working on water heaters at Jail. Spent 2 days working on hot water valves at Jail. Worked on electrical wiring at Agriculture Barn. Replaced several (approx. 25) light bulbs at Agriculture Barn. Painted election boxes and had larger slots cut in boxes. Replaced storage shelves for JP k2 at Jail. Blow leaves from sidewalks and driveways as needed. Pickup trash around courthouse. Mow grass at Courthouse, Animal Shelter, Jail S Juvenile Detention Facility. Replace light bulbs as and when needed. Deliver supplies to different locations when needed. Pick up recycle paper twice weekly.
