On this day the 26th day of January, 1998 came to be
considered by the Court the various Claims and Recounts
against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which said Claims and Accounts approved for payment out of the
General Fund for 484,249.88; Jury for (299.96; Road and Bridge
Additional Registration Fee for (21,397.10; Fire Protection
for 48,418.69; Road and Bridge for 433,353.54; Juvenile
Intensive Program-State Aid Fund for (11,913.00; Indigent
Health Care for f1,037.77; C,eneral Contractual Obligation for
(100.00; 62-1994 Jail Bond for (150.00; District
Administration for (700.00; State Funded-216th District
Attorney for f1, 586. 47; State Funded-216th District Probation
for (4,500.76; State Funded-Community Corrections for
f1, 863. 45.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Let z, seconded by
Commissioner Haldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4-0-0, to pay said Claims and Accounts.
