Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay (370.00

and authorize a hand check.
County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized to
draw a voucher in the amount of f370.00 made payable to
Fidelity Rbstract and Title Co.

APRRDVE AND ACCEPT MONTHLY REPORTS
On this day the 26th day of January, 1998 came to be
considered by the Court the monthly reports of the County and
Precinct Officials for Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, the Court finds that said reports
should be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and audit.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously
