On this day the 26th day of January, 1998 upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Let z, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay 1370.00
from Line Item No. 15-611-557 Right of Way Survey & Eningeer
and authorize a hand check.
County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized to
draw a voucher in the amount of (370.00 made payable to
Fidelity Abstract and Title Co.
Item No. 1.4 Approve and accept Monthly Reports
ORDER NO. 25188
APPROVE pND ACCEPT MONTHLY REPORTS
On this day the 26th day of January, 1998 came to be
considered by the Court the monthly reports of the County and
Precinct Officials for Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, the Court finds that said reports
should be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and audit.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously
accepted the monthly reports of:
